My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucy Lou, is a cute 6-month-old, 32-pound Hound mix from Louisiana. We realized upon further observation that she has some Basset features and not the Swissy as we originally thought! She loves to lounge on the sofa, but will also relax in a dog bed or her crate. She was found as a stray but she's really blossomed in in her foster homes! She loves to empty a toy box. The first thing she did in the foster home was to empty the toy box and she brought every toy over to the sofa. She's not a barker, but if she hears other dogs barking, she will join in. Lucy says, "I love everyone – I especially like playing with other dogs. I have lived with kids, too, and I’m very playful so would love a home with a playmate of some kind. I sleep well in my crate, I walk well on a leash, and I have good manners indoors even though I’m still a puppy. I’m a super-friendly girl!
