Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ridge Runner “Ridgy” is a young pup, approx. 1-1/2 years old. He has lots of energy and is ready for adventures. He has been raised as part of a pack of 15, he will need a home with another one or two huskies or malamutes to bond with.
He is a Husky/Malamute mix. He has never lived in a house so will need some time to adapt to a home environment. He will need someone with patience to teach him how to trust humans, he has had very minimal contact with humans, just the two family members who cared for him. He is eager to learn, he is treat motivated, he wants a family that can take him on hikes and camping trips, teach him how to snuggle on a couch and allow him to play with other dogs.
Ridgy needs a foster home, as he has some follow up vet visits needed and a trip to the groomer – he would like his coat nice and clean for his new family. Or if you think he would make a wonderful addition to your family, he could be a foster to adopt. A secure fenced yard is needed as he is used to roaming free so has some escape artist tendencies. He currently is residing in the Coeur d’Alene, ID area. For more information please email sleddawgrescue@yahoo.com
