Meet our delightful 8-month-old handicapped pup, GILBERT! Despite facing challenges, this little one is full of life, playfulness, and love. He does need some work on housebreaking. This sweet pup is eagerly searching for a forever home with someone who can offer the time and care he deserves.Despite his handicap, GILBERT loves interactive play and is sure to keep you entertained. He is sweet and affectionate…ready to shower you with love and cuddles at any moment.He enjoys meeting new human friends and other gentle pets. GILBERT’S ideal home would be with someone who works from home or only works part-time away from the house. A caring and attentive environment is a must and will allow him to thrive.
GILBERT is medically cleared for adoption and has seen a neurologist twice. It has been recommended he NOT be placed in wheels as a “normal” daily thing. He has worked hard to build up his hind muscles and does amazingly well “walking” while not being able to feel those hind legs.
