My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please meet our sweet, 5 to 6 yr. old angel, Champ!

Champ found himself surrendered to a rural shelter through no fault of his own :(

His family stated that they "just didn't have time for him". WOW!!!
Talk about a Diamond in the Ruff!

This sweet boy was going to be euthanized for SPACE! :(

Champ has acclimated well in all of the places he has been during his travels to Austin! He was fantastic at his temp foster home, made fast friends with our groomer & charmed the heck out of our vet & her staff!

Champ knows so many commands and tricks! He knows lay down, come, sit, stay, go to bed, speak and shake/paw! Probably more, and foster mom is working with him to see how many more :)

Champ definitely has the mannerisms of the Yorkie breed (foster mom has extensive experience with this breed).

Champ has been fully vetted, including vaccines & Rabies, is Heartworm negative, was just neutered, microchipped and is looking for his Furever!
