Rhoe is such a sweet and playful boy, Rhoe became a part of the shelter 11 weeks ago and has been nothing but amazing! Rhoe used to be a part of a pack that got dumped in the city from county and he was the only one out of the 10 we could catch. He loves to play with stuffed animals, going on walks and simply just cuddling up and getting comfy. if you have a family Rhoe would be a perfect match!
