My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Amber came into my home about a year ago. Before me she was going through heartworm treatments. She went through a rough up bringing but is such a loving dog. After about six months of living with Amber she finished her treatments and tested negative for heartworms!!! After that we got her spayed. Before me she did have puppies.
She is a cuddley older girl, about six years old. She likes leisurely walks, bully rubs, and laying in the sun.
Amber does not do well with small dogs and would need socialization training to get used to being around bigger dogs.
She is good with my kids who are 7 and 9 but may not do well with younger if they are too grabby.
Amber does well with my two cats that are 1 year old and 11 years old.
She is good in her cage, does not whine and will run to the door when she needs to go outside. She does not really bark.
