My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**Meet Stevie and Mr. Clarence: Best Friends Seeking a Forever Home Together!**

**Stevie** and **Mr. Clarence** have formed an incredible bond, and now they're looking for a special home where they can stay together forever.

**Stevie** born 2017, is a sweet and mellow 7-year-old brown tabby who has spent his entire life waiting for someone to see just how special he is. He had an eye issue long ago, but it's fine now, and despite being FIV+ (which doesn't require any medication), Stevie is a healthy, affectionate boy who loves to be petted and adores his treats. His gentle nature makes him the perfect companion for someone looking for a loving, laid-back friend.

**Mr. Clarence**, born 2021, a handsome 3-year-old Abyssinian mix, had a rough start in life. He was extremely shy and hissy when he first came to our rescue and preferred the safety of his cage. After a brief adoption that didn't work out, Mr. Clarence returned to us, still unsure and timid. But everything changed when he met Stevie. With Stevie by his side, Mr. Clarence found the courage to come out of his shell. Now, these two are inseparable, often found sleeping next to each other, providing comfort and companionship to one another.

We are looking for an experienced adopter, or someone with a lot of patience and love to offer. These two boys deserve a home where they can feel safe and cherished. They need someone who understands that love and attention will help them continue to blossom and thrive. In return, Stevie and Mr. Clarence will shower you with double the affection and gratitude.

Adopting this pair will not only give them the chance at a real, forever home but also fill your life with the joy and warmth only two best friends can bring. Are you ready to make a big difference in the lives of Stevie and Mr. Clarence? They can't wait to meet you and start their new adventure together!

Additional adoption info

We do have an application form on our website. A home check is also done. We know our animals well and work hard to make sure the adoption will be a purr-fect match! We will be happy to answer your questions. We want an adoption to be the right fit for both the humans and the animal.

When you adopt a pet from us, you can rest assured that you are getting a pet who is much loved, well-cared for, and whom we know well. In turn, we know that an adopter will provide a loving, caring, home.

Cat adoptions are usually $125 each. Dog fees are based on breed. All are current on vaccinations and neutering. Some are microchipped. They are vetted again before delivery.

All of our adoptable cats and dogs are pictured on our website, with their videos, at www.lifelineforpets.org.
