Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mayzie is a senior but she is spry! She likes to be close to her person and snuggling on the couch is A-ok with Mayzie. She is good with other dogs and has no problem correcting bigger dogs who get in her face. She holds her own! Mayzie is a runner and if someone is careless about leaving a door or a gate open it's 'off to the races'! This girl can run! A quiet household with few visitors would be best for her. She will require a fenced in yard to play and do her business. Speaking of which, Mayzie is completely housebroken but needs to be let out multiple times a day (old bladders you know). FYI Mayzie did mark in her foster home the first day, but other doggies had left their scent so she thought it was okay. Her foster mom corrected that behavior and no problems since. Mayzie is crate trained (she fusses for a while but then settles down). This beautiful lady has so much love to give and would be a wonderful companion for the right family.
