Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Luna! Luna first arrived at Simpson County KY Animal Shelter when she was barely a year old. She’s never had the stability of a home of her own & spent roughly 7 months at the shelter. Adopted twice, but wasn’t given a proper chance. Returned the 1st time after 2 weeks because she “pulled too much on a leash”. Returned 2nd time after 4 weeks when her DNA wasn’t as much Labrador as the adopters wanted.
She was very stressed at the shelter, and DarBy Haas of Link Up Dog Training stepped up to foster her. Luna is working on her leash skills & basic obedience training. She has mastered Sit, Down, Stay and goes to her bed - kennel-crate when asked. She’s house-trained. She is smart, very loving & playful. She will thrive in a home where she is the only dog or possibly with a large male dog as her “brother”. If adopted locally, she can continue training with Darby.
Upon an approved application, her adoption fee is sponsored. She has a comfy bed & toys that will go home with her along with flea/heartworm preventative.
If you are interested in making Luna part of your forever family, you can apply to adopt at www.lexpitcrew.org/adopt.
