My story

Hello Potential Forever Home Families!
My name is Bobb aka Bubs (far more endearing and fitting), and I am a handsome, intelligent, medium energy, neutered, ten-month-old, 82-pound, Labrador.

My foster mum calls me a sweetheart 95% of the time and affectionately a little rascal the other 5%. I love to shadow my human family, engage in active playtime with my foster brother; who between you and me can be a bit of a pest at times nudging me to play when I'm resting. With this being said, I do require a good amount of exercise per day, someone that is a jogger or partakes in long walks would be ideal for me. I settle down extremely well once I have had my exercise. In addition, I ride exceptionally well in the car, I'm crate trained, not ball crazed, and cuddles are always welcomed. I am well behaved when meeting humans and dogs on our walks and at the dog park.

My mum caught me standing in her running shower the other day so perhaps a family who is open to taking me to the beach occasionally would be lovely too. A counter-surfer I am not; however, I do possess a propensity to beg for human food for the first 20 seconds when my foster family sits down to eat.

I could be an only dog or with a dog that is like me - active and playful. I have not been around cats. Because I am a big boy, slightly older kids might be a better fit for me.

As I am still a big puppy, it will be important for my forever family to exercise patience and humor in the continuation of my training.
