Charlotte was found in an abandoned apartment along with her 5 babies. She was an excellent momma tending to the needs of her kittens diligently. She is not very people friendly but feel like if someone would take a chance on her she would become a wonderful cat. She is clean to a fault, nor is she territorial. Come see this pretty lady.

Second Chance For Cats is a nonprofit organization set up to spay or neuter homeless felines, and then adopt, relocate, or release these cats. Our goal is to reduce the free roaming cat population in Bluefield, West Virginia and the surrounding area, and to provide ongoing care, including rabies vaccinations, medical treatment, and food for homeless and neglected cats. Our ultimate goal is to have a rescue and no kill shelter.
