Missy: A Loving Senior in Need of a Home

Meet Missy, a gentle senior girl who's been waiting far too long for her forever home. At around 11-12 years old, Missy's life took a difficult turn when her owner became homeless, leaving her in a kennel 24/7 for over three years. This isn’t the life she deserves, and her previous owner knows she needs a loving family to care for her.

Missy is a calm and affectionate girl, weighing just under 40 pounds. She loves to play with stuffed animals and balls, and while she can be a bit shy at first, once she warms up to you, she'll be your biggest cuddle buddy. She knows basic commands like "sit" and takes her food and treats gently. Missy rides great in the car and enjoys leisurely walks.

Ideal for a quiet home without children, Missy would thrive in an environment where she can enjoy a cozy bed and the comfort of a caring family. She deserves the warmth and love that she has been missing for so long.

After meeting the pet, we do a home check, then we do foster to adopt for a week to ensure a good fit the adopters get 2 free training sessions in home after adoption, but trainer comes 1day also. Most of my dogs are on a breed restricted list so house is most likely a requirement, if they are renters I'll need to speak to landlords. Fees for 1yr- senior is 100-200$.
