Ginny does not discriminate… She will play with anyone who will play with her… including the barn cat at her foster home! She loves a good game of chase, or tug-o-war the best!

She arrived from the Henderson TX animals center when she was “found” all alone and surrendered to the shelter. She is a larger girl so we think that is the reason she hasn’t been adopted yet because honestly she’s the best girl and we can’t say anything bad about her.

She is housetrained and crate trained. She sleeps in her crate at night without a peep but honestly once adopted she would make a great snuggle buddy.

Submit Application

The first step in our process is to complete an adoption application. This lets us know more about you, your family and your other pets.

Approve Application

After receiving your application we will complete our pre-adoption verification and vet check

3.
Meet the Pet

After completing our vet check and approving your application, we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet.

4.
Take the Pet Home

Adoption Prerequisites:
All animals in your home over 6 months of age must be spayed/neutered
All animals in your home must be current on vaccinations
All current/past dogs in your home must be current on heart worm preventative and have a history of providing the medication year round
All adoptions to residents of the Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex only
Vet check is required for all adoptions

Our Adoption Process:

Step 1: If you are interested in meeting one of our pets, the first step is to complete an online application by going to roadtrip4paws.com and clicking on the Adopt tab to find a link to our application.

Step 2: After we receive your application, we will review it to ensure it meets our adoption criteria and do a vet check to verify your current and/or past pets are/were spayed/neutered, to date on vaccinations and up to date on heart worm preventative year round.
