Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I am Blue. I am a Lynx point Siamese with handsome blue eyes. A Lynx point Siamese means I have the tabby markings in with the Siamese points. If I do say so myself, I am gorgeous! I’m just over a year old so I’m pretty much a kitten still. I was given up by a lady who had no time for me. She actually took me to the vet to have me euthanized but a kind lady who rescues homeless cats just happened to be there and took me in. She saved my life! Whew!!!
Because my first family didn’t pay any attention to me, I’m still learning how to live in a family. I’m getting better at it for sure. I sleep with my foster mom now and ask her to pet me when it’s dark. I’ll crawl over to her hand and stick my head under it to get a nice rub. But in the day, I’m too scared yet to do this. But lately, I’ve begun sitting near her on the couch – no touching yet but I know I’ll get there. I know I’ll be friendly because when my foster mom blinks at me I’m now blinking back (these are kitty kisses). I am so brave 😊 I’ve also been hanging around with one of her friendly kitties and beginning to imitate what he does. That’s how I learned to sleep on the bed and stick my head under my foster mom’s hand. So, I’ll really need a forever home with at least one nice, friendly cat so I can keep learning what to do with people. I get along with all the foster cats and kittens too so I can go to a new home with one or several kitties.
I’m all set to go to my forever family. I’m neutered, I’ve gotten my FVRCP shot and a 2 yr. leukemia shot. I’ve even was tested for FeLV/FIV and I’m negative. These things I got from my original family – the woman who took me at the vet to be put down - so she was concerned about me once. She just didn’t have time to love on me since. I’d need to be adopted by a family that will have the great patience to teach me to love. If you have one or more sweet kitties at your house who could show me how, I really want to love people. I want the attention but right now it has to be slow on my terms.
P.S. This is a kitty who got a bad luck of the draw on his first family. Can you give him better luck with you, the family he really deserves? He needs and deserves a loving forever home and people who can give him the time and attention he needs. So, can if you are willing and able to adopt this loving boy, please email drtweets2@msn.com or call/text 602-757-9791 and ask for Deb.
