Hello everyone! My name is Leon! I am a 4-year-old male terrier mix. I am fully vetted and utd on all my shots. I came to the rescue a few months ago because my previous mommy had this horrible disease called ALS. And one day she couldn't take care of me anymore and her family put me outside to live. But I wasn't used to that kind of life, and I struggled without my mama. I was saved by this trio of super nice ladies. And they got me into a foster home. Where I have a nice new family taking care of me. They told me I will have a new family of my very own soon. And I want nothing more than that to happen. I am currently living with a cat, and I don’t mind it at all. In my old house, I was around dogs my size & bigger ones too and I did just fine. I am not a hyper dog, but I do love to play with humans more and would do just fine as the only pet too. My favorite thing is to play fetch, I even bring it right back! I am very content and happy being around people, cuddling on the bed and couch. Sometimes I love to crawl into my crate on my fluffy bed and take naps. I learned to walk on a leash very well and now I love my daily walks. I am still pretty shy with some people since I was a ranch dog. But I’ve been taking trips in town and going to Home Depot and meeting new people. I like to play with small soft toys and small balls. My buddy rabbit is my absolute favorite toy. I am currently learning to sit and stay and I’m happy to say that I am a fast learner. I would love to find a forever home to call my own again.
