Is outgoing and friendly. Loves to play and is high energy. He is vocal when he wants attention and is easily excitable. He submits to other dogs almost immediately but is not aggressive in any way and is always willing to meet someone new. Submissive to humans as well, rolls over and shows belly, but will jump on you as well. Loves getting attention and affection as well as giving it. The greatest goof ball in the world.
