Meet Salami! Salami is a very sweet girl who absolutely loves everyone she meets. She is a puppy so she has a lot of energy and needs daily mental and physical activity. Salami enjoys long walks and hikes and then likes to come home for a nap. She loves playing ball outside with her canine foster sister and playing with her human foster brother.
Salami is estimated to be around 8-9 months. She is good cats (she tries to chase them but is not aggressive, just playful and responds to correction), other dogs, and children. Although good with children, Salami is playful and like all other puppies, will sometimes jump and get mouthy. We have been working on manners and she is extremely food motivated which makes training easier.
Salami walks well on a leash and is doing very well with housetraining. She also sleeps well in a crate overnight. Currently Salami is about 27 pounds and we think she may be around 40 pounds when fully grown.
Salami is eager to please and would make a great addition to any family. She would do best with a more active lifestyle and with a family who will have time to work on training with her. She may also benefit from living with another dog who likes to play. Salami is spayed, up to date with her vaccinations, housetrained, and microchipped.
