*Name: Emma
*Age: 3.5 years old
*Current Weight: 65 lbs
*Adoption fee: $475
Emma is an adorable 3.5 year-old German Shepherd mix who is eagerly searching for her forever home. Emma was originally rescued with her sister Ella and their dual litter of puppies. Both Emma and Ella were completely emaciated, giving all the energy they had to keep their puppies alive. Because of Emma and Ella’s incredible perseverance and amazing maternal instincts, all of their puppies survived and are now thriving in their own homes. Now it’s Emma’s turn at a happily ever after!!
Emma is an incredibly polite, gentle girl with an even keeled temperament. She’s not overly jumpy or hyperactive at all. She greets people a little reserved with a nice, relaxed tail wag and a few sniffs of curiosity. Then she’ll look adoringly up at you with her big, soulful eyes wondering What’s Next?! Once Emma gets to know you, she will begin to show you her affectionate, silly side while she lets loose sprinting in circles around the yard, often stopping to take a break by laying by your side giving you the most epic “Love Gaze”! Now you have a friend for life!!
Emma has a wonderfully agreeable nature. She is happy to tag along with you on your average daily adventures like long walks or a nice hike in the woods. Indoors, Emma is content following you around the house doing chores together and then cuddling on the couch for an evening of downtime. Emma would do best in a home without other dogs, she wants to have all of your attention to herself!
Emma is an absolute treasure and will be a devoted family companion every minute of everyday. Give Emma the love, care, and understanding she needs, and she will repay you with a lifetime of loyalty!
