My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

She is a YOUNG beautiful Pittie girlie, only about 1-2 years old. Sage weighs approx. 70 pounds and she is solid! She could stand to lose a few pounds.
Sage has been very sweet and loving at the shelter and she has the most soulful eyes. She is not hyper at all.
Unfortunately, Sage tested positive for heartworms 💔and Ehrlichiosis (tick borne disease that is treated with Doxycycline). She will need a quiet and calm home while being treated for heartworms. She has started on her doxycycline. Heartworms are treatable so please don’t let that discourage you!

MAYBE IF SHE GOT SOME PLEDGES IT WOULD HELP TO GO TOWARDS HER HEARTWORM TREATMENTS !
🛑update: so far we have a $100 pledge for a rescue or adopter (if someone is approved and adopts her then the pledge will be sent to us and we will call the money into the vet office that is used for her heartworm treatments)
