My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

How cute is the little low rider or "squatty body" as his foster calls him! Brulie is half Corgi and half French Bulldog (confirmed by DNA testing). Brulie loves people and loves attention! He would love a guardian that works from home as he loves to be there for a snuggle, whenever needed!

Currently he is being crated when left home alone for 2-3 hours and does fine. He does get a bit anxious in loud or busy situations/homes so a quiet home with older children (10+) would be best. He does well with other dogs but would prefer to live with a lower energy dog, not a young active dog. He is afraid of cats but should be ok living with one, if they leave him be.

Even though he is almost 7, he still likes to go for walks or lots of play in the yard! He does need some work on loose leash walking - KARE can give you some pointers and we also offer adopters a 15% discount on our training classes. He will also alert bark at delivery people and people that walk by.

This guy spent 5 years living in a crate for 9 hours a day (5 days a week). We'd love to give him the freedom of open space, so a fenced yard would be preferred.
