My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jack is an immensely sweet cat who is about 8 - 10 years old. He is a Maine Coon who enjoys to be pet, play, and receive treats. He has quite a lot of energy for an older cat. He likes to have his way, and will push the book you are reading aside and nuzzle you with his nose to let you know he wants to be pet.

He was an indoor/outdoor cat when he lived with his original owner in NY, but has not made any attempt, or even shown interest in, going outside. Because of that, he can be territorial, and does not like other cats very much. It is unknown how he would get along with dogs or children, but he is incredibly friendly and likes to be around people.

He was taken in to the vet on 7/5/2023, where he was given an up-to-date rabies shot and checked out. The vet stated he believed Jack is very healthy. He does have sensitive ears.

Jack is an amazing cat who deserves a great, loving home. Unfortunately, I have immense allergies to long haired cats, so he is unable to stay with me.
