Miss Harriet will so be going on 2 week trial adoption soon ... paws crossed and send good vibes her way!

Miss Harriet came to us from a hoarding / neglect case. She will need a very patient family who will love her unconditionally and allow her the time she needs to get comfortable with new people in a new home. This could take weeks to months, so if you are not willing to commit to this, please don’t apply. She has been through enough and we don’t want her to be bounced around. We are looking for a furever home for this sweet girl.

Harriet is about 2 years old, fully vetted and heart worm negative. She is paper trained, but she needs to work on leash and potty training still. She is a flight risk, so a secured fenced yard is a must, no exceptions. She will be very shy and timid at first, but warms up once she gets to know you. She is getting better at being held and getting affection and has even given out some kisses. I know there is a super sweet loving dog in there who will come out once she feels safe and comfortable in a forever home. She has done well with the small dogs she came in with, but I have not tried her with big dogs at this time. Due to her size and needs, no children under 12 please.
