Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Archer is loved and loving! He is very protective of the house and is a great alert dog, but he is a bred flock guardian and he is having difficulties being an indoor dog. He is a 3 year old Komondor (Hungarian Sheepdog)/Aussie mix, whom we've had since he was about 8 weeks old. He's approximately 80 lbs, has a long coat that we have always kept cut to medium for easier care. He is good with our other dog, but is dominant. His dominance has spread to our toddler, whom he is too rough with. He tries to heard everything and everyone, and gets anxious if and when he can not be with his people. He is house trained and puppy pad trained, loves to play but more than that loves to guard, which is not acceptable to our lifestyle. He is not aggressive, but he is dominant over everyone but my husband and personal space has become an issue.
My husband and I have worked with him over a year on training, and he is quick to learn commands and skills, but he is too rough with our toddler.
