My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tank is an absolutely gorgeous 8-year-old long-haired male dachshund. However, his handsomeness pales in comparison to his amazing personality. Tank is not only loving, but he is also a perpetual source of comic relief. He loves play with toys and also (in true Doxie fashion!) to shadow humans and sleep at their feet. Tank gets along well with other dogs of similar size. However, due to his desire for attention, he would do best in a home without small children. Tank is neutered and is fully house-trained and crate-trained. Tank is also microchipped and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. At 23 pounds, Tank is still working on getting to a healthy weight, but he has already lost over two pounds while in his foster home. As a result of changing family dynamics, Tank has found himself in need of a furever home, but he is ready to share his unconditional love with the amazing human(s) who open(s) their heart(s) and home to him. Tank is currently being fostered in Indianapolis. His adoption fee is $200. Our application is online at https://form.jotform.com/souldogrr/application.
