Meet Phoebe! This cutie is a super sweet 2-year-old cat who is up for adoption! She was surrendered to CPCP when her owners moved and couldn’t take her with them. She can be a little crazy and definitely gives orange cat energy but she also loves cuddles and purrs often! She is very active and loves to explore in her foster home. Phoebe would do best being the only cat in the household, but she does tolerate dogs.
