💃Energy: CALM, still a puppy, we don’t know how his character will develop but he is super chill, not a tiny bit aggressive, playful yet calm. He's a gem. He is still in the stage of finding things to chew on, so put your shoes away! However, at the foster, he has chewed on shoes but he like to tear apart cushions. He chews gently on his toys--go figure! He does not have separation anxiety at all but we would recommend crating him at home when you are gone until he matures a little bit.

Such a beautiful energy, Amazing to be around . Very nice puppy if trained from the beginning.
He is very obedient when spoken to and well behaved understands first commands! He is very timid to new environments. He is learning the outside world. We have discovered that he is quite smart. He will learn your ways quickly.
📣 Bark/noisy: he does not bark a lot; sometimes during play when he gets excited
🏡 Housebroken: Yes, but he will need work in a new environment. He will piddle is too excited or if he things he's in trouble. But he will soon grow out of that.

🚙 Good in car: Yes, calm in the car! He curls up immediately and sleeps. He does not get excited or anxious at all. He's a unique animal.
TEMPERAMENT
LEO is an incredibly sweet and loving dog who adores to play but he likes to stay and observe. He would make for a great companion to someone who is looking for a companion, he loves to be around people.
He also would be great with a family, as he already has shown gentle affection.
📚RESCUE STORY
LEO was found on the streets with his sibling sisters. It was no Place for them to be.
He has been amazing!
He would suit active people / family with possibly other dog / dogs who love playing and he will reward you with his loyalty and unconditional affection.
Leo has been in an open shelter with a loving caretaker since shortly after birth. He was rescued with his mother and siblings. He did not have to experience the terror of living on the street. He has always known love, safety and a full belly. He will make an excellent pet!
We rescue dogs from the streets of Cancun, rehabilitate, socialize and make them ready to be great pets. They have much love to give. We spend a lot of time with our animals, making them ready for homes and ensure that they are as healthy as possible. The adoption fee covers PART of our expenses.
Our animals are special--they have known nothing but love during our time with them.
We are reducing our adoption fee to stimulate more interest and to make room for more dogs. If you can give us our original fee of $600, it would be MUCH appreciated. Even that does not cover all of our expenses so the more you can give, the more dogs we can help.
