Thor is a guy with a big heart and an even bigger personality. He loves people and craves attention from anyone who is willing to give it to him. He has a confident demeanor and likes to be in charge, often acting as a leader among the other dogs at the rescue. Thor's energy and strength can sometimes be too much for his own good. With proper care and exercise, he can shed those extra pounds and become a healthier, happier pup. Despite his flaws, Thor is a lovable and loyal companion who just needs a little extra help to reach his full potential.

FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. Fill out an application and return it via email or fax. A volunteer will process it and you will be notified if your application is approved. Once approved, transport will be arranged with Rescue Riders LLC at the first available date. Adoption fees are to be paid in advance and include the cost of transport.

We are an all volunteer animal welfare organization and foster based rescue located in Cumberland County TN. We work tirelessly to help as many stray, abandoned and injured pets as possible and find them new, loving homes.
Any pet transported out of state to a pre-approved adopter will be transported via Rescue Riders LLC, a leader in professional pet transport.
Our pets are fully vetted and will have a health certificate issued by a vet within two weeks of transport.
Once an application is approved, you will be contacted with the details of transport and pick up time and location.
