Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is Chip! Chip lived with a family on the same street I live on. He lived with a little girl and boy under the age of 5. First, they took the kids out of the home, and then the drugs started. The owner didn't feed Chip, or forgot he was outside and would stay out all night.
Neighbors would feed him. One day he met my dog, Reggie and they played. He kept coming back because he could play and would get food and water. Eventually, we approached the owner and asked if he would surrender Chip. He agreed, we signed papers and made it legal.
I have been working with him, now he sits, and waits at the door. We are working on jumping. He also eats like he doesn't know when his next meal will be, so we got him a bowl to slow his eating down(it will come with him). He's smart and snuggly, loves chews & toys.
Chip is still very much a puppy, loves to run and play. He's good with kids and dogs. I can't keep him, I wish I could, not a big barker..just a sweet boy.
