Squinkley (Coco) and Waylah (Cici) are a mother/daughter duo. Their family was homeless and living in their car, and wanted a better life for these two girls. Squinkley is the brown one and she`s about 13; Waylah is the chubby tan one and she`s about 8. After living on the streets for a while, these girls can be a little pushy with other dogs. They do not like big dogs (Waylah was attacked by one) and they really like chasing cats. So the best home for them might be as the only dogs or with another passive dog around their size. They love attention from people and are playful and silly! The girls are spayed, current on vaccines, microchipped and have both had dentals. They are ready to settle in with their own family to be spoiled and loved.

We require an application and a home visit prior to all of our adoptions. We do adopt out of state, and may have a representative from another rescue complete the home visit for us. Once the home visit is completed and approved, the dog is available for you to adopt! While this sounds like a lengthy process, it actually is often completed in a day or two. We have an adoption contract that is filled out at the time of adoption, along with adoption fee's collected at that time.
Our adoption fee's are
Under 1yr: $250
1yr to 9yrs: $200
10yrs and up: $150

We are a nonprofit, 501(C)(3), all volunteer, limited admission small dog rescue organization funded by private donations and adoption fees. We are a group of individuals who are dedicated to rescuing small breed dogs who have been abandoned, abused, neglected or left behind by their former owners. Our belief is that companion animals are living beings who are not merely "pets" but family members. We strive to find homes for them who share this view. We are committed to providing them with a temporary home where they receive veterinary care, including spay or neuter, socialization, exercise, love and good nutrition until their forever home can be found. We do not discriminate against small dogs based on breed or physical disability.
Mini Mighty Mutts is a limited admissions rescue. We can only take in as many animals as our foster homes can safely and responsibly care for. We do not euthanize animals to make room for more. We simply stop taking in new animals until we have room. Each homeless dog will remain in our care until he or she finds a new home.
