My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rusty is a handsome, orange male who was living at local business as a “stray” getting fed and given a place to sleep but had little to no interaction with people who worked there. The business closed recently, and sadly no one wanted to give Rusty a home. He was turned over to Animal Control and was understandably shy at first but overall, he was a nice gentle boy worthy of a loving home of his own. Now at the shelter, we find Rusty loves all the attention, brushing and petting he’s getting from the volunteers. He also enjoys the world from his window perch and napping in sun puddles too. Rusty is loving and affectionate and will do best in a quiet adult home that will give him time to adjust and settle in and become just the companion you've been looking for.
