Billie Jean has not expereiced much love in her first year of life, but looking forward to a bright future. Her previous owners kept her outside on a chain and would allow other dogs to come mate with her. She had a litter of puppies in the winter and they all passed away. She is now spayed and will get to be a baby herself. She was removed from these owners and is looking for an amazing home of her own.
