My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Big Duke is a Love Bug!
He lives with young children and other dogs and does very well with everyone . He has a super great temperament. Cats are an unknown.
He will be turning 5 yrs in August and is thought to be a German Shepherd /Great Dane mix . As you can imagine he’s a very large boy. He weighs 100 lbs. Living in tight quarters without a secured yard has not been ideal for him. His time outdoors has been limited to a tie out and it’s just not fair. As much as he loves the children and other dogs they are too small for him to play with.
The family took Duke in as a rescue from a couple that didn’t realize how large the puppy would get. The busy family has realized they are not his ideal living arrangement, he requires more space and attention.
He’s neutered, up to date on vaccinations and housetrained. They love Duke very much and want to do what is best for him. If you are interested in learning more about Duke or meeting him please complete an application and we wiil get back to you and answer any questions as best we can.
