Hi, my name is Phillip, but you can call me Philly. I am a 3 year old terrier. I like to boss other dogs around but I sometimes like to get playful with smaller puppies. I love to tell my people stories. I would do fine with older children. Once in a while I think it’s fun to chase the cats in the rescue, but I don’t wanna hurt them. I only wanna be the boss and play!
