Meet Walt, quite possibly the sweetest beagle we've ever met! Walt is super chill and well behaved. Although he's a wee bit shy, he loves other people and dogs. Once he relaxes with you, he'll be the perfect companion. He does love a treat and his bed.

The perfect home for Walt would have another canine companion and a fenced yard. The fenced yard is a must have. Walt is not able to be leash walked - at all. We don't know what his experience was on a leash - but he completely freezes when put on a leash and he will shut down for a couple of days if you are insistent that he walk on a leash. He's a very sensitive and emotional little guy....in a very sweet way. Once he realizes you're his person and he can trust you, he is the most faithful little guy.

Walt is housebroken and knows how to use a dog door, if needed. He is vaccinated, heartworm negative, neutered, and microchipped. He will go home with pet insurance.
