Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Omlet was originally part of a Trap Neuter Return project a few years ago. We were contacted by a Good Samaritan who observed that Omlet had a badly infected foot. Turns out she had netting caught in her foot and had to have two toes amputated.
While in surgery recovery Omlet became very friendly with her caregiver so we determined she should not be returned to her colony.
Over time she is still making progress in becoming a confident affectionate cat. She may however need time and patience to adjust into a new environment.
Omlet does well with other cats but no dogs please.

to submit an adoption application for this cat. Once you submit the application, one of our Adoption Reps will contact you and work with you through the adoption process. They can help to arrange a meeting for you with the cat/kitten.
All cats and kittens adopted from Stray Cat Blues have been microchipped, spayed/neutered, are litterbox trained, have received age-appropriate vaccinations, and have been tested and found negative for FeLV and FIV - unless otherwise specifically noted. When you adopt you get a copy of our internal tracking document showing all vet work completed for the cat, which you can give to your vet as a record for the cat's ongoing care.
Adoption Fees:
• $130 - Kittens up to one year of age
• $100 - For cats over one year and up to 7 years of age
• $70 - For cats 7 years of age and over.
All fees are subject to Pennsylvania's 6% sales tax and a minimum of $5 or 5% service fee. Fees for cats with special needs will be determined based upon circumstances and may result in a fee reduction.
Thank You for considering adopting this cat! If you have any questions, please contact us.

Additional adoption info
During review of the application if you rent your home, we confirm with your landlord that you are allowed to have the cat per your lease.
We also consider if a particular cat is a good fit for your home. Certain cats will do better in homes without small children, or without other cats. Other cats may need to be adopted with a cat that they are bonded with. So we make sure that the cat and the home are a good match before completing an adoption.
Some of our fosters allow trial adoptions, where you would have 2-3 weeks to make sure that the cat being adopted was accepted by the other pets in your home. If you are interested in this, please ask your Adoption Representative.
All cats adopted from Stray Cat Blues have been screened for feline leukemia and FIV, inoculated, sterilized and wormed when they first come to us. Additional vet work is completed for those cats that require additional care. Healthy, adoptable cats and kittens are then housed through our network of foster homes until they are adopted.
You are also welcome to come visit cats at our PetSmart Collegeville and PetSmart North Wales/Montgomeryville locations (see times for adoption showings). If you see a cat there that you like, you can complete an adoption application there in person.
Questions - email us at: contact@straycatblues.org. We are happy to answer general questions, and also put you in touch with the foster families for questions about specific cats.
