My name is Adira and I'm a spicy little girl. Maybe it's because of my past. See, I'm hearing and visually impaired. Because of that, my owner couldn't sell me, so he decided to shoot me. A neighbor begged to take me and he said ok, but then I was in need of rescue. Fortunately, someone stepped up and took a chance on me and here I am in foster in Peekskill, NY. I'm a beautiful girl. Don't let the fact that I can barely see and hear fool you. I can defend myself and play rough with others. I have a little attitude, but that just makes me that much more attractive. I don't feel sorry about the things I don't have. I make the most of what I do. I'm only about 3 months old and will need a patient owner with special needs experience.
