My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DeDe is really affectionate and really loves to be walked. She's super sweet to other dogs and even when they want to bark at her - she just smiles it off. She's great on a hike and loves to explore. She is also very loyal and keeps close by. DeDe loves to chew on her treats and like many dogs just loves to sit and let you pet her as long as you will stay put to do so! DeDe is a big dog and does need regular exercise but her foster mom thinks DeDe wishes she could be more of a lap dog as she just wants to hang out with you. She sleeps nicely next to the bed and prefers to be close and part of your activities. She also responds well to voice commands and can sit, stay and even shake.

DeDe is an American Beauceron around 4 years of age and she is good with children. DeDe is housebroken, good riding in a car, friendly toward other dogs (when hiking and on walks). She was rescued originally from a situation of abuse and neglect. Due to this she can get apprehensive around strange men. She has been micro-chipped, responds well to verbal commands, spayed, current with vaccinations and on a regular schedule of Advantage.

We are in need of finding a place for her by June 1st!! (Foster home or adoption.)
