My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Luke is a 30lb male kelpie/hound mix(?). He is approximately 8 months old. I found him abandoned in a farm field with his sister, Leia (also seeking her forever home!).
He loves people and their affection. He likes to sit next to his person and be nearby, politely asking for attention from time to time. He would certainly be someone's best friend!
He can be startled and frightened by loud noises or new surroundings sometimes, but is getting better with each walk and human interaction. He is okay with most dogs, unless they are energetic or noisy, as sometimes they frighten him as well. His one interaction with a cat went well. He rides well in the car and sleeps through the night. He knows how to sit and has nice leash manners.
I've had him dewormed, vaxxed, chipped, and neutered. He is on heart worm preventative.
