Grayson 1 formerly had a home of his own, but as all animals do at some point, needed dental work done. Unfortunately, the owner could not afford to take care of his dental needs and the situation got worse. He knew that Grayson needed help so he ended up surrendering Grayson 1 to the Goathouse in 2022.

Siglinda Scarpa is a potter and a sculpter who owns 3 acres of fenced-in property in which she houses up to 258 homeless cats.The Refuge is a sanctuary for these cats, who never have to leave, but if they are adoptable, the cats are posted on our website and taken to adoption events in the community. The more cats that we find homes for, the more cats we can rescue.
