My name is Emmy Starr!

When I adopted my cat Emmy Starr what caught my attention was her gorgeous tortoiseshell fur and distinctive split lip. When I met her, she warmed up to me after just a few minutes and promptly fell asleep against my chest. This is the hallmark of Emmy's personality. She's very relaxed, friendly, trusting, and sweet. She loves people, and if you invite guests over, she'll eventually want to lay down next to them or hang out nearby, so she's part of the action. She also has experience living with a large dog and another cat! She knows her name and will react positively when she's called by giving you a wink or coming right over to see what you want. She loves being cuddled, lying in the sun, and eating vanilla ice cream. She would make an incredible pet for someone who wants a friendly low-key adult cat who runs to the door to greet you when you get home, but also likes her independence and quiet time. She's the perfect companion and a great girl for any cat-lover.
