My story

Hello. My name is Melanie! I am a sweet, loving pup waiting for my furever home! My foster mom is working with me on crate training and I am already responding to simple commands. I am smart and playful. I love kids and other dogs. I am a little shy, but with a little patience and love, I learn quickly and adapt. I will do best with a patient family willing to take to time to train me.

***Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a socially distanced meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to meet/pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt.***
