My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Golden boy Bert hails from Sampson County, NC, and is looking to find a secure home where he will be loved and cherished. At three years old, Bert may not have had a great start in life, but he is still very sweet and trusting of humans and enjoys the company of other dogs. He is about 45 pounds and fully vaccinated--and will be neutered as soon as we can get him an appointment. He rides well in a vehicle and loves to go for walks. Always eager to please, Bert is quick to learn and will make a great candidate for training. He has an easy going disposition and is an all-round good sport!
We can't be sure of his breed but he looks a lot like a Maremma Sheepdog blended with a smidge of chow. Whatever his breed, Bert is such a nice dog and will make a great family addition!
