My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hart:
Goals: Be as aloof and standoffish as possible, for as long as possible, because cat.
Interests: Finding hiding spots in your closet.
Favourite sport: Playing with ping-pong balls. Chasing his own tail. Taking treats from your fingers.
Favourite food: Go! Brand insect-based sensitive formula. No, you read that right.
Voted most likely to: Grow up to become a grumpy-seeming cat who will melt your heart with “I want cuddles now” demands, when nobody else is watching.

More about this shelter

We are a group of volunteers committed to giving every homeless companion animal a loving forever home.

Founded in November, 2018 by Dr. Melanie Eagen, a St. George veterinarian, after countless number of stray and abandoned animals were brought into her clinic by the well meaning public.

While currently running out of the St. George Veterinary clinic with a network of foster homes, we are fundraising to build a real shelter in St. George, NB.
