My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Opal is a 7.5 year old spayed female, microchipped & fully vaccinated who LOVES to curl up next to you and purr.
Her first owner was an elderly lady who was home every day. We took her in after her owner died… but Opal wants/craves love several times per day. Unfortunately, we're not home enough.

Opal has no physical ailments, but has some anxiety about being away from “her people”. She needs a quiet house (no young kids, no loud dogs) as loud noises scare her. Her vet prescribed Feliway Optimum for her anxiety which helps a lot… it’s like a “glade plug-in” that has a calming effect. She’ll do best if her new home has someone home during the day to love on her (or whose schedule is predictable enough that she gets love every AM & PM).

All vaccinations are current (good through June 2024). No rehoming fee... and I'll include a 3+ mo supply of her Feliway Optimum ($15/mo).
