My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jessie and Little Bit are purebred Paso Finos (according to their previous owner, Jessie was registered when he bought her as a six month old colt, he never had her registered in his name and eventually misplaced the papers). Jessie was purchased in Florida and shipped to a breeding farm in Alabama where she was in the pasture with a registered black Paso stallion and had a foal every year. Once she was taken off the truck she was never touched again until four years later when she was loaded up to take to auction. Her 8-month-old daughter had never been touched until they put the sticker on her at the auction. It took us a month to be able to touch these girls, but now Jessie comes up for food and love, and has been saddled and carried weight without issue. She needs a LOT of training before she is ridden, but she shows great promise. Her daughter, Little Bit, has had a little ground work, and responds well to positive attention. Both girls need a lot of love and attention and positive training. We use and strongly suggest a natural horsemanship program such as Parelli or Anderson, etc.
