My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sage was dumped in the country (happens all too often). Luckily she was found and she is now doing great. She had a brother with her, but he has already been adopted. Sage is a beautiful pup that just wants her forever home. She will need to be spayed when she is old enough. She is being crate trained, been dewormed and had her first vaccine.
We are thinking she may have Pomeranian or Chow (no purple tongue) - or other such fluffy foxy faced dog. She has shepherd type coloring. Her brother looked like a Pom - Jack Russell mix. In this area all of the above is possible. We don't think she is going to be very big, so if it is Chow, it is with a much smaller dog mix.
Here is what her foster home is saying about Sage:
'Sage has an outgoing personality. She is smart, already whines at the door to be let out. She seems to have leadership qualities, playful and funny. Only shows a little attitude if she is played with too rough or if she doesn't want to be bothered but nothing serious.'

Indoor dogs make better watch dogs, are better able to alert to intruders and are capable of actually doing something heroic in the face of an emergency.
