My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Camera ran out of batteries. Roscoe is a black spotted Pointer mix. He is really sweet. He is good with other dogs and loves people. He has a lot of energy and loves to play.
Roscoe is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm negative and on prevention.
Safe Dogs By The River does not adopt dogs to outdoor only homes, nor do we endorse this practice. We believe a dog is a family member and should live indoors with they're humans. Indoor dogs make better watch dogs, are better able to alert to intruders and are capable of actually doing something heroic in the face of an emergency.
