My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We've had Toro since he was a puppy (he is 5 years old now) and is a very sweet dog. He does not get along with other male dogs so he'll need to have a family that has female dogs or he is the only dog. He gets along with all female dogs and is not food aggressive or toy aggressive. He has never been around cat. He is a great swimmer in the pool and will swim for hours if you let him. He is house trained and knows a doggie door. He walks well on a leash as well. He is a purebred English cream golden retriever and we have all his paperwork for him. He's a very big boy and comes in at about 95 lb. Since my son moved out of the house to a no pets allowed apartment Toro's been pretty much of a house dog. I work a lot so he's home a lot by himself and he just needs more human companionship then we can give him. We are not in a rush to find his perfect home so this isn't an emergency rehoming situation.
