My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oscar is a puppy mill rescue he has had his vocal cords cut so that they would not have to hear him barking. he is still alittle shy but he is warming up great I can now bend down and he will come to me and i can pick him up with out a chase. he has the potential to be a sweet gentle laid back dog.
