My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Twyla (formerly Trivia) and I am 1-2 years old. I am a timid, but affectionate girl. I am currently in a nice foster home, but am looking for a forever family of my very own. I’m a good girl, housebroken, good with other dogs (when introduced slowly). I love play fighting
with my medium size foster brother and digging for gophers with him. I’m curious about cats, and like to look for my foster home cat, but he doesn’t like me and hides. I don’t chase him, but I love to
chase birds in the yard. I don’t care for little kids because they are loud and scare me when they run up to me, but I have two older human brothers that are teenagers and I do love them. Most of all I love my
foster dad and mom.
I don’t know why I was at the shelter, but my foster mommy thinks I was abandoned because when we go for hikes I really want to get back to the car and will pull on my leash all the way back to the car. I like to stay close to her at home too when I’m not playing with my foster brother. Mommy says I’m getting much better though!

I am still a puppy and need lots of training, mental stimulation and patience. My foster mommy is working with me on getting through my puppy behavours like when excited junping, mouthing, pulling on leash. I’m a smart pup and am eager to please. And I know "sit". Check out my cool videos.
